These are the most comfy jean shorts I've even worn. I wear a 10-12 normally and bought a large. The fringe on the bottom is a little much, but I think after a couple more washings it'll calm down.

These shorts are phenomenal! Especially if you are a curvy, thick thigh-ed, full woman.

They are super stretchy, but they hold their shape unlike some that get wrinkled and stretch out as you wear them.
The material is super soft.
The length is great! They are short shorts without showing your cheeks.
The little slits in the sides keep the bottom hem from making your thighs look like stuffed sausages that just didn't make it into the tubing.

I feel so sexy and confident in these while also feeling conservative and comfortable. My first time wearing them, I received multiple compliments and inquiries on the shorts.

The only reason you will regret this purchase is how much you fall in love with them and end up ordering more pairs. (I'm up to 3 now)

I'm in love with these shorts! I have thick thighs and hate when shorts don't have a big enough leg hole. But you can see I have a decent amount of space that makes them very comfortable and fit well. I'm usually in between a med and large and the large are perfect! I hope they have my size in a few more color/styles!

I can see why these shorts get such high reviews. They fit perfectly and are a great length... not too short but still very cute!Update: They do shrink when washed and dried both in fit and length. The stretch in the material made it fine still from a fit perspective... but I was a bit disappointed that the length shrunk too. Just something to note -- don't put through the dryer if you want it to stay the same fit as when it arrived. Still leaving as 5 stars because honestly, these shorts are darn cute!

I kept looking at these and had them in my cart forever but was hesitant to order denim shorts online. I'm so glad I ordered these, the fit is perfect and the stretch is amazing. For size reference I am 5'7, 140 lbs and usually wear a 4-6 pant and the mediums fit perfect

OBSESSED! I've had these in my possession for about 5 whole minutes and had to jumpOn to write a review. For reference, I'm 5'6” 165lbs, usually an 8 or a 10 and I bought the large and they fit perfect. Very flattering and comfortable, buy them!

I love these!
I never wear shorts because of my stomach and thighs.
Like ever!
But I'm going camping and I needed something that I can comfortably sit by the river in and leggings wasn't going to happen.
I'm 5'2” and about 213.
I normally wear a size 16 ish maybe 14 in pants.
I'm pretty curvy and I have a c-section lower belly.
I carry most of my weight between my thighs and lower belly...
These fit great!
I don't feel like they are too short for what I'm comfortable with.
They do run bigger than I thought.
I ordered a 2xl based on other reviews but definitely should've gotten an xl.
I'm ordering another pair in another color and in xl.
Super excited to have shorts that fit my thighs and lower stomach that aren't pajamas!!!

I went based on the reviews and size chart when I picked my size. I really like these shorts, they look nice and they're very stretchy material. They are kind of loose around the leg, so I feel like they ride up sometimes, but not too bad. I really like them. I wore them with a tank top I bought on here too actually. I'm 5' 145lbs and got a medium. They weren't too tight or too loose. They are designed looser in the leg part though. I think a small would've maybe been a little too tight in the waist for me.

I am 5'6 but have a very full bottom and thick legs. Jean shorts NEVER fit me! I honestly was expecting to have to return them but I will be buying in more colors!

Love my shorts fit great they do have alot of strech my pockets are out in my pic because I was trying to get sand out of my shorts they come all the way down and fit my body great I'm a size 16 pants and the XL fit me fine

Let me say up front, I'm no spring chicken and I'm no where near a twig but I wanted some cute shorts. I bought another just like these From another brand in large that wouldn't go around one thigh. I decided to try an xl in this brand. Good decision. While I wouldn't wear these to a party, they are super comfortable for wearing around the house. No lie, they are short. But they have great stretch and are very comfortable and my daughter said “look at you mom! Wearing cute cut offs!” I'll take that for a win! So my advice to ladies in your fifties, get yourself a pair!

I was really nervous about ordering shorts online because I'm in the process of losing weight and I'm in between sizes, but these shorts are comfy, stretchy, and don't make me feel like a stuffed sausage! I love the ripped detailing and the lightness of the jean. I can even wear one of my crop tops since it comes right to my belly button. SUPERRRR cute!

I haven't worn denim shorts since I was in high school! I'm almost 40 and it's so hard to find shorts that aren't WAY too short or aren't WAY too boxy and unflattering! Especially because I'm curvy. I'm 5' 8 ,180 lbs and the XL is perfect! Very comfortable, soft and the right amount of stretch!

LOVE these shorts!! I am 52 years old and I'm small/curvy. I'm 4'10 and I weight 96-98lbs i usually wear an XS/small. The small is perfect and has a lot of stretch. They are not too short but again I'm only 4'10. My college daughter even asked where I got them. That says a lot for those of you that have college kids! I bought them in the white and denim. I have received a lot of compliments! I definitely recommend.

I'm typically a 10/12 and initially ordered the large. The large was too short/tight for my liking so I ordered the XL and I love them. (I prefer them around my hips.) Perfect distressing, light weight and forgiving (stretch). I just ordered a second pair.

These denim shorts are very flattering. They are also extremely comfortable and love that they are made with stretch material. I bought the blue and the white. The white one seem slightly looser but they still fit and feel great. I'm normally between sizes, x-small and small, the small fits great! I'm going to order them in black as soon as I'm done with my review! I would definitely recommend these to a friend! Oh, and they are very sexy looking too!!

I struggle to find shorts that are comfortable. I'm more of an athletic/curvy build and have large thighs, hips and butt with a smaller waist. I often find they are too short and I have to buy longer pairs to feel comfortable. These are honestly perfect! The frayed edges are super cute and very summery and help distract from them shorts being slightly longer. I don't feel my thighs rub or them ride up.

I'm about 5'4”, 165 and usually between at size 6-8 pant. I ordered the large after reading a lot of reviews. I could have gotten away with a medium but I don't think they would have been as comfortable. I prefer them to feel a little more loose and give me the extra room in the areas I need verse them being tight.

Moral of the story, I can wear these out and not be self conscious. I'm not constantly tugging at them or worrying if I bend over will I give someone a show. They are the perfect summer short and seem like they flatter and fit all body types!

These shorts have so much stretch to them, hide your booty perfectly. I highly recommend ordering these. I'm 5-3, and about 170 lbs, I got the extra large , they are a little bit loose, also ordering the large to have a backup. I will probably buy more.
