This is the most amazing swimsuit I've ever owned and ironically the first I've ever bought online. I wear an 8 in pants and bought the 6-8 (large) size. I was worried because it seemed like everyone was saying to go a size bigger but it fits perfectly! I'm 5' 5 , 135 pounds, and wear a 36 B and I would change nothing about the size of this or how it fits. It is very supportive up top. It hides the bikini line perfectly and discreetly and hides all my baby belliness without being obvious I'm hiding it. Never ever would I ever have thought I could be comfortable in a BIKINI again and it's super stylish too!

Oh my man, I am so sad that I have to give this four stars instead of five because I am IN LOVE with this swimsuit. I finally got the self confidence to buy my first ever two piece (though it may be a pretty modest two piece) and when it arrived and I tried it on immediately I was so pleasantly surprised! This swimsuit is one of the most flattering swimsuits I've ever worn in my life! I am 5'8 and weigh ~220lb and normally wear an XL/16-18 so I ordered the 5X since it said the US size was 16-18 (which is very accurate) but the problem is that I am a very curvy woman and a VERY busty one too. It fit perfectly around my waist and bottom but I wear a size 40DD bra size and this swimsuits cups were not having that. So the bottoms fit PERFECTLY but the top was quite a bit too small for my bra size. I am so bummed because I have been tirelessly searching for a two piece that I could feel really comfortable in both literally and emotionally but I guess I either have to exchange this one for a bigger size and risk the bottoms being too big or return it all together and keep looking. Either way, I'll update this later.

I was a little skeptical with the box, as it was not packaged very well and there was a huge dent on the side, like someone had kicked it. When I opened it, everything seemed fine until I tried it on, until I hooked the clasp in the back and it promptly snapped. BUT, with a bit of needle and thread, I was able to sew the clasp right back on, and whaddaya know? The suit looks amazing! I've had a hard time looking for swimsuits that are both sexy and flattering for my busty figure, but luckily this one's a keeper! I look like a pinup girl and I adore that! :)

Never thought I'd see myself in a 2 piece again. I'll update eventually with a photo but actually looks cute and make me actually feel a little confident about my body! However, top doesn't support the girls at all. In fact can't even get everything set in place. But at lest the way the suit is made you can't tell- though a little in comfortable as I'm used to very supportive bras. For the price I'll probanly just by the next size up for a top the will hold the girls up to show off the one part of my body I actually like.

It was cute but fit my body a little weird. The bottoms weren't as forgiving as they have been for others. I found them oddly tight in some places and loose in others...but opposite as to what I usually find tight and loose. The top was great. It was a little hard to manuever the straps in the back alone but it was really cute once on.I have 4 kids (I'm on my husband's profile!) and have not worn a 2 piece since I was a teenager.Even with all it's quirks, I found it comfortable and cute to wear out on the beach!

I've already written a review for this product, however, I feel the need to write another one due to recent events. I purchased this quit in 2017 and LOVE IT. I switch out the bottoms a lot and change it up since the top matches with so many things!! Yesterday, I changed into my suit and got ready for the beach and the metal clasp broke in half and thrown like a sling shot across the room. Luckily, the suit still had the bottom elastic part, so I was able to tuck the extra non-clasped part into the breast section (lol) but I'm so sad that the top only lasted not even two beach seasons! Still giving this suit 4 stars since it fits perfectly and hides all your wanted areas, but not a full 5 stars anymore since the clasp broke. :(

I absolutely love this swim suit. It gives me the freedom of a two piece but near the coverage of a one piece. The product is exactly as pictured and the sizing chart is accurate. I normally wear a small to medium in clothes but always go a size larger for swim suits. I should have ordered the medium for a snugger fit, but the large works okay. The quality is excellent-especially when you consider the price. Will definitely buy from the company again.

I am 5'4 , I weigh 135, and I wear 36dd. I ordered the xl. It fits pretty good and is cute. Fair warning. On me the bottom fit just right if not a little loose, but the top is not made to accommodate large breasts. They are covered and I'm not worried about popping out or anything, but the underwire is certainly not sitting where it needs to be. The good news is that there is that little piece of fabric under the wire that will prevent unwanted exposure. I'm kinda used that that problem with swimsuits so it's not too big of a deal. It's flattering and the red and blue polka dots looks like Wonder Woman which is a plus. The halter being adjustable helps and the cups are sturdy. I feel supported, but it feels just like I'm wearing a bra a size or two too small in the cups. The other thing that can be a problem is that it's a little hard to get on. The back is super cute but because it doesn't open all the way you have to fight your way in and the clasp (again cute) is akward.I'll update after a trip to the beach to let you know if anything changes in my rating.

Yes!!! This swimsuit is awesome. My one advice is to choose the lower number as your measurement. For instance, I am an American size 12...a Marilyn Monroe type 12 and I chose the XXXL. I know, I know but I wanted to have good coverage for the girls . Well, my suit arrived a little too big in all the wrong places so I have to return. I would suggest a larger size if you are a 12 in the waistline but thicker in other areas. Whereas I could have used a smaller size because of my portions are leaner. I hope this helps someone...I pondered over my suit size for hours only to choose the wrong one.

Super cute! Sadly unless you are EXACTLY the same size on top and bottom, one part isn't going to fit great. The bottoms fit me perfectly (even a little snug, which I wanted), but the cups of the top are just a bit too large so I don't feel super secure, or have any pushup action. The band of the top is also a little looser than I would prefer, but I think it will still work. We are spending 2 months near the beach this summer so we will see! It's definitely cute and flattering.Also, I'm 5'11 , 175lbs, and about 36C and got a size XL.

Simply…the BEST bathing suit I have ever owned…period. It was as if this swimsuit was tailor made exclusively for me. I have a hard enough time as it is finding a swimsuit that fits, and that's when I try on every one in an actual brick-and-mortar store. I took a leap of faith and ordered a bathing suit online for the first time. I am so happy I did. The 5 star reviews and photos speak for themselves. This is a FANTASTICALLY PERFECT bathing suit. I have never, ever owned a bikini. I am over the moon happy that I finally do now!!! I am 5'4” and weigh 150. I have a fairly small caboose and am a 36 B bra size. I like a swim suit that covers the derriere and a top with support. This suit has it all! It is so figure flattering and comfortable. I got a large based on reviews of people my size and by looking at the photos reviews posted. I also got a medium based on instinct. The medium was a perfect fit. The large was too big in the bust and the bottom too loose. The top fits to where there are no gaps or spillage from the cups and the bottom covers everything in the back and is not too tight in the thigh area. I loved this bathing suit so much I ordered another for back-up. This is a style and fit I can wear for years to come and that will never ever go out of fashion. Just think… this is a 40s era style and it is still fashionable today…70 years later! The price can't be beat! I would easily pay double for this cut and quality.

I went with the 8-10/XL. I'm 5'8 , 145 lbs and probably a C/D cup. Like most, I was intimidated by the sizing, but it's fairly accurate. The bottoms are more forgiving than the top; getting your cup size right will be more important than the bottoms, which stretch nicely. :) I probably could have gone with a size up just to get the bigger cup but, honestly, the whole suit is very forgiving. It's not that obvious that the cups don't fit well and it has that awesome pinup vibe to it that really flatters curvy body types. Pricing was also good especially compared to the cost of most bathing suits these days... Solid four stars.

Never had so many compliments on a swim suit! I am 5 6 and wear a 10-12 in US Womens. I read the other reviews and decided to buy a 2XL. To a lot of women, that can seem degrading or like you are fat. YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!! Size of these things does not matter. You want it to fit so wonderfully! It hugs all the right places and covered up a few you might not want to show haha! Its got so much vintage sex appeal! Because its flirty and sexy but leaves some things to the imagination (which I like to do ;) ) Always read reviews and be sure to leave good ones about how they fit you! I never left reviews until I realized how much I depend on people being honest on how things fit/worked for them. I will continue to purchase these swim suits. Excellently made and not cheap-o fabric.

First, I just want to say I LOVE this bathing suit. I was so nervous about purchasing it because I like to always try a bathing suit on before I buy it to make sure it fits good. I wasn't sure what size to get so I asked letting whomever know my weight, height and bra size. Still a little nervous.... but I just received my package not even 10 minutes ago and tried it on and it fits perfectly and it super comfortable. I 100% recommend. One of the best purchases I've made on here let alone a bathing suit I actually love and feel comfortable in.

This is an AWESOME bathing suit. I feel so amazing in it. The top half is super supportive and vibrant. The bottoms fit nicely and aren't choking my thighs. Only 2 little baby problems. 1. The front part of the bottoms has some draping detail that can look weird if you don't pull them up as far as they'll go. 2. There's a strap across the back of the top that can't come apart because it's one piece (great option if you dont want a boob citing on the beach) then there's a glamour second strap that has a metal groove hook on it. When you have the top on it is almost entirely impossible to get this on correctly without twisting the back because (at least my piece) was sewn on backwards from what I can tell. It still clasps, it just doesn't clasp flat like it should.

Giving 4 stars here only due to the fit on me, personally - like other reviewers have mentioned, I may have a case where I'd look better in a different sized top and bottom.

Sizing&Fit: I wear a 36B bra, bottoms size 10 currently, so I ordered up based on others' reviews. I got an XL, and it's just right. However, I have a really long torso compared to my leg length, and the bottoms still ride a bit too high for me, hitting a little less than an inch from the bottom of the top in the front, almost looks like I'm wearing a one piece - perhaps that's more towards the vintage style? *Note, in the pictures, I've rolled the bottoms down a bit. In the back, the problem is worse - the place the bottoms hit on the top edge seems to emphasize my back fat, but if I fold the edge down an inch, it's PERFECT. Luckily, I sew, so I'm going to try and re-cut and re-hem the top edge of the bottoms - it's worth the effort and risk, for this great price! If I screw it up, I can still wear the top with different bottoms or just buy another one :P

Quality: I'm super impressed with the top - the beautiful, bright tomato red fabric seems good quality, and the bustier is sewn well. All the seams are clean with no threads hanging, and the clasp on the top of the back are well-positioned and seem sturdy. The clasp does tilt just a bit when it's on (due to the way it's sewn in...could have been done better), but it's barely noticeable, and that's my only complaint! The bottoms are of lesser quality, but they're still good. Fabric is very stretchy and supple, and the folds across the front are good for anyone with curves in that area.

All-in-all, this is a fantastic buy if not only for the price then for the style and quality. Just order one size up, and you should be good!

I am 5'5 , about 155-160 pounds, 34DD, 31 waist, 42 hip. Purchased the 10-12 size (XL). Bottoms fit comfortably, not too snug, great coverage, looks cute. Top is a bit loose around the ribcage, and the cups are probably a whole size too small for my bust (the edge of the cups do not hit my ribcage). If I try and tie the halter to have the top sit a bit higher so that the suit fits better around the ribcage, it's uncomfortable around the back of the neck (instant neck ache!). I decided I am going to modify the top by sewing the straps criss-cross to the back, tacking them down with a zig-zag stitch through the elastic. Overall, very cute suit, vintage style, however it would be nice if they marketed this where you could pick a cup size since this suit is constructed with stiff cups.

Words can't describe how in love I am with this suit! It looked great on me and the color was fanTASTIC! I ordered this one and the blue version because I was worried about the sizing (I'm a US 8/10). I ordered the blue one in a size 10/12 and this one in the 8/10. Both fit well but the red one was well fitted since it is closer to my US size. I prefer wearing the red one but both fit perfectly well. The red works so well on any skin tone and the design of the bathing suit gives off a cool pin up girl vibe! I got tons of compliments when I wore this to the pool.I would hand wash the top of the bathing suit after use and only machine wash the bottoms (on cold setting with colored clothes). Afterwards, I would hang dry both pieces (I don't think these pieces would come out of the dryer looking the same as when they went in). The bathing suit is great and the top feels so secure. I would recommend this to everyone!!!P.S. use the size chart to order the perfect size

I bought this suit after my sister got one. It is really adorable. I have a small framed 40-something with a DD cup (there's a lot of weight there without much youthful perk), and it fits reasonably okay on top. Nothing short of a fitted bra top and a ribbed or extremely thick cage would really be any better with my shape. It's typical swimsuit material, so expect that level of support. My sister, who is a more normal body shape fits the top beautifully. The cups are reinforced for a bit more support and comfort. The bottoms are amazing at hiding those bellies, and the rushetted front is cute. I've only worn it about half a dozen times, since I got it later in the summer, but it's held up so far.
